1. What sizes of booths are available at The Vendor Market?
We offer a variety of booth sizes, ranging from a 3x3 countertop display to a full 12x12 booth.

2. How much does it cost to rent a booth at The Vendor Market?
Booth rental rates range from $1.50 to $1.60 per square foot, depending on the location of the booth.

3. What additional fees should I expect with my booth rental?

  • A monthly commission fee of 8% of your booth's monthly sales will be retained by The Vendor Market.

  • Monthly booth rental fees are based on booth location and availability.

4. When is booth rent payment due?
Booth rent is deducted from your sales profits on the last day of each month. Any remaining balance not covered by your profits is due on the first day of the following month.

5. When can I expect to receive my booth profits?
Booth profit checks are issued by the 5th of each month, based on your total profits minus the 8% commission and the booth rental fee.

6. What does the booth rental fee and commission cover?
These fees cover the cost of utilities, credit card processing fees, store security cameras, and promotional activities, including weekly social media highlights on Facebook, Instagram, and The Vendor Market at Smith Lake website.

7. Is electricity available in my booth?
Not all booths have electricity. However, you may request a booth with electricity, subject to availability. If you choose to use electricity (for lighting or other devices), there is a monthly fee of $10.
